Inner East PCP: recruiting a Primary Prevention Coordinator

The Inner East Primary Care Partnership is seeking a temporary Primary Prevention Coordinator, commencing December – Full time (or Part time considered) until 30 April or up to 30 June 2017 if considering part time.

The role would have responsibility for supporting partnerships around priority health issues of Healthy Eating, Alcohol Harm Minimisation, Social Inclusion, Preventing Violence Against Women and Gender Equity; and providing support to Local Government’s in their Municipal Health and Wellbeing Planning processes. Ideally, the successful applicant will have considerable experience in Health Promotion in a public health setting, or Health Planning in Local Government, or have experience in a Primary Care Partnership. Internal secondments and external applicants will be considered.
