Introduction / Overview:

Building individual and team resilience is a huge challenge for busy organisations, especially in Aged Care with its constant challenges – internal & external. It takes purpose and intention. Given the challenges of Covid-19 will continue – we need to stay connected and support ourselves and each other more than ever.

This half-day training program is based on the learning principles of Neuroplasticity, to maximise the opportunity for you to build your foundation of well-being and resilience while developing the confidence to know how to support your team’s mental health.

  • Stress Temperature check – Stress, fear, anxiety self-regulation and reduction to cope with overwhelm and uncertainty and support your team

  • Wellbeing anchors – set up key physical, mental, social, nutritional and sleep practises

  • Workplace support framework – to create an open and supportive workplace culture

  • Mindful practices – creating harmony at work

  • The change journey – how to anticipate setbacks to keep you on track for change
