EMHSCA – Professionals navigating the east: Change and integration

This is a day of multi-sector service navigation for all interested staff of health and community support services. Sectoral overviews, a lunchtime Market place and breakout workshops are provided. This event is arranged in collaboration with the Eastern Regional Coordinators. An expanded program will allow for a broad range of up to 48 service showcases for participants to choose from.

NOTE:

All events target workers from Mental Health (Clinical and non-clinical), AOD, Family Services, Homelessness/Housing, Community Health, Primary care, NDIS providers, Centrelink, Eastern Community Legal Centre, Disability Employment, Department staff, Local council, etc…

The common thread is provision of coordinated services to people with mental health and co-occurring issues. Cross sectoral conversations are encouraged.
