2018 Inner East PCP Partnership Evaluation

In 2017 the IEPCP developed a new Strategic Plan 2017 – 2021 in consultation with our partners across the inner east region of Melbourne. We are now evaluating the first year of our work under that plan. It is important to us that your insights and experience help us identify the strengths as well as the opportunities to improve the partnership work. All responses are anonymous.

To guide you in your understanding of the work the IEPCP has done over 2018 please read IEPCP Executive Officer Tracey Blythe’s report on our partnership achievements over this time.

With this 2018 Partnership Evaluation Survey we are hoping to:
• Assess the progress of our current collaborative action with stakeholders;
• Discover whether our leadership, capacity building, and support of collective work are meeting partner expectations; and
• Use this information to guide understanding of where to best focus our efforts to improve health and wellbeing, coordinate action, and support our stakeholders in the future.

We invite you to participate in this partnership survey and welcome your feedback. The survey results will be made available to participating agencies.

We acknowledge the Wurundjeri people and other peoples of the Kulin nation as the traditional owners of the land on which our work in the community takes place. We pay our respects to their Elders past and present.
