World Elder Abuse Awareness Day Forum: Safeguarding older Australians

The Victorian Office of the Public Advocate with Seniors Rights Victoria invites you to the 2017 World Elder Abuse Awareness Day Forum to be held at 9:30am on Thursday 15th June. Key presenters will be the President of the Australian Law Reform Commission, Emeritus Professor Rosalind Croucher AM and the Honourable Dr. Kay Patterson AO, Federal Age Discrimination Commissioner.

Following the key speakers, a Q&A session will be held with some of those working in the field of elder abuse in Victoria. This will be an opportunity for audience participation and discussion.

We acknowledge the Wurundjeri people and other peoples of the Kulin nation as the traditional owners of the land on which our work in the community takes place. We pay our respects to their Elders past and present.
