Leadership for Preventing Violence against Women

For senior managers, CEOs, councillors, board members, school principals and policy makers from a range of organisations who would like to develop a greater understanding of the issue of Violence against Women.

This training by Domestic Violence Resource Centre Victoria provides guidance and support in:

  • Developing an evidence-based understanding of primary prevention of violence against women
  • Understanding the drivers of Violence against women and prevalence of the issue
  • Further exploring the role of leaders in preventing violence against women
  • Understanding opportunities to take action within your role or through delegation towards primary prevention of violence against women and gender equality
  • Exploring ways to use your leadership position organisation and wider community to progress the issue
