The Bystander action forum – ‘Calling it Out – Creating a Victorian culture that stands up to sexism

To achieve gender equality, we need to change attitudes and behaviour. The second in our series of forums for 2018, this forum will provide an opportunity for policy makers and practitioners to hear about the latest behavioural insights and understand what makes for effective bystander approaches.

The Bystander action forum – ‘Calling it Out – Creating a Victorian culture that stands up to sexism’ will look at how individuals and organisations can encourage people to safely identify, speak out or engage others in responding to incidents of sexism, harassment and discrimination.

This series of forums is jointly presented by VicHealth (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation), the Victorian Government and IPAA Victoria (Institute for Public Administration Association).

We acknowledge the Wurundjeri people and other peoples of the Kulin nation as the traditional owners of the land on which our work in the community takes place. We pay our respects to their Elders past and present.
